COVID-19 – How our Couriers are Shipping your Orders
Over the last several weeks, Canadians have turned to online shopping and courier delivery to meet household demands.
We have continued to ship our online orders in 1-2 business days from time of receipt. We thank you for your patience, however, as our couriers work hard to deliver the increased volume of parcels to Canadians from coast to coast.
We have had many questions about shipping times, and how packages are handled. In our facility our employees wear gloves, and your parcel is packed and shipped by trained staff. Allergy Canada is physically closed to the public, so your parcel is prepared in the same controlled environment that our custom vaccines are.
Our shipping companies have also posted public statements on how packages are being handled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Below, please see shipping statements from Canada Post, Purolator and CanPar, our 3 shipping partners.
CanPar – CanPar has several posted press releases. Most importantly, CanPar has taken steps to ensure safety of customers and employees via contactless delivery (annonuced on April 8, 2020). In addition, CanPar announced March 23 2020 that they too cannot guarantee all services will delivery in the expected timeframe, as shipment volumes have increased. Allergy Canada remains committed to bringing Canadians the allergy and asthma support products they have come to rely on. During this challenging time we wish all Canadians good health and safety. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you would like more information on our services, our products, or how we can safely get those products to your home.
