Greetings to Allergy Canada’s patients and customers.

We wanted to contact you regarding COVID-19 and its impact on Canada.

Everyone at Allergy Canada hopes that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy at this time. As we all face this challenge together, we wanted to convey our thanks to our patients and customers. You have been incredibly understanding with efforts to reduce spread of the disease by working from home, self isolating, and changing your daily routines to keep yourselves and your communities strong. Thank you!

Allergy Canada wants to communicate our readiness to continue to serve you during this difficult time. Our facility contains a Health Canada inspected laboratory (HC License 100281) where all of our vaccines are produced. Our business is physically closed to the public, meaning that your vaccines and web orders are handled internally by our trained staff. Our staff work in a limited-contact environment, and have been given flexible work hours to allow them to best remain isolated from the public.

We want you, and our staff, to remain healthy and safe throughout this emerging crisis. We remain available to you by email, phone or fax – just bear in mind we may need a little more time to connect with you as we are feeling an increased demand for service at this time. Rest assured, we will always get back to you.
