What size nickel free belt should you order? Measure a perfectly fitting old belt from the buckle fold to the hole most used.  If the belt measures 32″ from the fold to that hole, then order a size 32″ belt.  This will give you a belt with two holes on either side of the hole you use most, allowing a little leeway!  You can also measure your waist through belt loops, this measurement is your belt size.
