Refund, Exchange and Warranty Policy

Refund/Exchange Policy
Allergy Canada does not accept returns on opened products.  For sanitary and health reasons, our personal care products cannot be returned for credit or exchange other than for manufacturer’s defect (broken bottles, fill issues, etc).

We do not provide free returns for unwanted orders; to return an unopened order, please contact us for approval and arrange to ship the order back to our office.  In such instances customers will receive a product refund (original shipping cost is not refunded).
*When ordering nickel-free belts and dust mite proof encasings, please refer to the sizing guide charts and measure carefully as we do not provide refunds for incorrect sizing.  Exchange only on unused items.  Customer must contact us directly by email and arrange to ship the exchange to our office.  Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date.”

Order Cancellation Policy 
Please submit any cancellation via email to, or call on our business phone at 1-888-305-2304. Email cancellations must include: first name, last name, order number and email address.  This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.  Please provide alternative contact information if different to the aforementioned information.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out.

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all  shipping costs.  All products are shipped by ground courier unless a rush is requested.  The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.  In the event that a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the order is returned to Allergy Canada as undeliverable, the customer will receive a refund for the order withholding the shipping fee.

Warranty Policy/Manufacturers Defect
All Dust Mite Encasings come with a 3 year guarantee against manufacturers defects and will be replaced up and until the three year mark.  A copy of your receipt must be presented for any item(s) to be replaced.
