As of November 15, 2024, Canada Post is on a national strike. Canada Post is not picking up or delivering shipments at this time.
What does this mean for Allergy Canada customers?
During the Canada Post strike, customers will be able to select other delivery options for orders. We currently offer Purolator and CanPar as shipping options, depending on your location 1 or both of these will be available. If you are in the Toronto area, you can also pick up your order from our location at no cost.
We will continue to offer Canada Post as a shipping option online. If you select Canada Post to ship your order, the order will remain ‘on hold’ until the end of the Canada Post strike. Your order will then ship as soon as Canada Post service resumes. By doing this, you will be able to take advantage of a sale price, and a lower shipping cost.
We remain hopeful that the Canada Post strike will be short, and normal shipping will resume soon. As always, we thank you for shopping with Allergy Canada and we will work to make this shipping disruption as smooth as possible for everyone.
