As of December 17, 2024, Canada Post has returned to work; on the 19th, Canada Post resumed pick up and delivery of mail and parcels. For details on the return of service, please see press release HERE.
We have begun shipping with Canada Post once again. We ask that everyone remain realistic about shipping times until Canada Post addresses the backlog of deliveries created by the work stoppage. Canada Post has indicated that deliveries will be completed on a first-in, first-out schedule, meaning that new shipments will be handled after existing orders. Shipping guarantees are suspended until Canada Post indicates the backlog is cleared.
We thank you for your patience, and we will ship with alternate couriers as needed, as we have always done.

As of November 15, 2024, Canada Post is on a national strike. Canada Post is not picking up or delivering shipments at this time.
What does this mean for Allergy Canada customers?
During the Canada Post strike, customers will be able to select several delivery options for orders. We currently offer Purolator and CanPar as additional shipping options, depending on your location 1 or both of these will be available.
We will continue to offer Canada Post as a shipping option online. If you select Canada Post to ship your order, the order will be shipped with an alternate courier. Please bear with us as we work to accommodate everyone!
If you are in the Toronto area, you can also pick up your order from our location at no cost. Curbside pickup is also the fastest way to receive an order if you are in the GTHA, as you are often able to pickup on the same day you place your order.
We remain hopeful that the Canada Post strike will be short, and normal shipping will resume soon. As always, we thank you for shopping with Allergy Canada and we will work to make this shipping disruption as smooth as possible for everyone.
