Over the last several weeks, Canadians have turned to online shopping and courier delivery to meet household demands.
We have continued to ship our online orders in 1-2 business days from time of receipt. Once shipped, your delivery time is dependent on our courier’s national delivery system. We thank you for your patience, however, as our couriers work hard to deliver the increased volume of parcels to Canadians from coast to coast.
We have had many questions about shipping times, and how packages are handled. In our facility our employees wear gloves, and your parcel is packed and shipped by trained staff. Allergy Canada is physically closed to the public, so your parcel is prepared in the same controlled environment that our custom vaccines are.
Our shipping companies have also posted public statements on how packages are being handled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Canada Post – most recent press release, describes new delivery method of Knock, Drop and Go to maintain physical distancing, as well as increased parcels volumes contributing to some shipping delays.

CanPar – CanPar has several posted press releases. Most importantly, CanPar has taken steps to ensure safety of customers and employees via contactless delivery (annonuced on April 8, 2020). In addition, CanPar announced March 23 2020 that they too cannot guarantee all services will delivery in the expected timeframe, as shipment volumes have increased.
