Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Nope. You can place your order as a guest – all we need is your email address to send you a receipt and notify you of tracking information.  Creating an account will allow you to save your address and email for future use.  You will also receive coupon codes and advance notice of promotions if you subscribe to our mailing list.

Can I apply coupon codes to my order?

Of course!  Simply enter a valid coupon code in the coupon field of your shopping cart.  We will calculate and show you exactly how much you save with your order before you place the order!

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

After I place my order, when will it be delivered?

Your order delivery time will depend on the service you select (Express or Ground) and your delivery address.  Our couriers should deliver an Express order in 1-2 business days.  Ground shipping may take 4-8 business days.  Feel free to email us at info@allergycanada.com or call 1-888-305-2304 and we can estimate your shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, provided the order has not been shipped out.

Please submit any cancellation via email to orders@allergycanada.com, or call us at 1-888-305-2304. Email cancellations must include: first name, last name, order number and email address.  This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.  Please provide alternative contact information if different to the aforementioned information.

What is your privacy policy?

Allergy Canada Ltd will never share your information with a third party.  What is a third party, you ask?  Well, the first party is Allergy Canada, and the second party is you.  So a third party would be anyone other than us and you.  In other words, it is our policy that your information goes no further than to us.

Allergy Canada offers shipping via Canada Post, Purolator and CanPar.
At checkout, select the shipping service that best fits your needs based on cost and speed of delivery.

We reserve the right to substitute an alternate shipping service if the selected service is unavailable or a faster service is available at no additional cost to the customer.

Free Shipping Service will be fulfilled with Ground Shipping.
